Join us for peaceful school holiday activity catered to kids aged 5-10 years old. In this 3 hour session your child will part take in Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Guided Meditation and Relaxation, Mindful Games and Activities.

In this 3 hour session your child will part take in Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Guided Meditation and Relaxation, Mindful Games and Activities.

Children can expect a fun and engaging experience that helps them build focus, calm, and confidence. Through gentle yoga postures, playful movement, breathing exercises, and short guided meditations, kids learn practical ways to relax their bodies and minds. Mindfulness activities are woven into the session to encourage self-awareness, kindness, and resilience, while also improving balance, coordination, and concentration. Children will fully immerse themselves in the practices, connect with others, and develop healthy habits for wellbeing in a safe and positive space.
